Cynthya Wagata is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience in the event planning industry and a recognized leader in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism in Paraguay and Latin America. She is president of Turenlaces del Caribe, S.R.L., a company specializing in the professional organization of congresses, conventions, and events, a position she has held since 2002 after serving as its vice president for ten years. Her academic and professional training is extensive, with international certifications such as Certified Meeting Management (CMM), Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), Certified Meeting Specialist (CMS), Certified Conference Management (CCM), Certified Association Sales Executive (CASE), and Digital Event Strategist (DES). She also holds postgraduate studies in management, tourism marketing, destination management, and event planning from renowned institutions such as the University of Barcelona, \u200b\u200bAPEC University, Barna Business School, and Nebrija University.<\/p>
