Kenelma Mendoza is a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience in the meetings, hospitality, and destination management industries. As President and Co-Founder of Accento Incentives, she has led the company's evolution toward an innovative model focused on designing purposeful, sustainable incentive travel experiences aligned with the business objectives of global clients.
With a solid academic background—including an MBA in Management Consulting and Negotiation, international CITP and CIS certifications from SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), and the Leads Academy for Women program from INCAE's Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership (CELIS)—Kenelma combines strategic thinking, cultural sensitivity, and business vision.

Cynthya Wagata

Cynthya Wagata is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience in the event planning industry and a recognized leader in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism in Paraguay and Latin America. As CEO of Connect World Travel & Events, she has successfully led the planning and execution of major congresses, trade shows, incentives, and corporate events, designing promotional strategies that have strengthened business tourism both nationally and internationally.
Her academic training is broad and multidisciplinary: she is a lawyer and notary public, holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations, and a Master's degree in Public Affairs and Governance. She also holds specializations in congress, seminars, and sporting event planning—including certifications from the CONMEBOL Evolution Program—and in romance tourism and destination weddings. She is also a professional travel and tourism agent and serves as an advisor to the National Tourism Council in Paraguay. She is also the Regional Director of the ABC Southern Cone Chapter.

Elizabeth Tovar

Elizabeth Tovar, an economist and recognized leader in the meetings and tourism industry in Latin America, has a solid track record backed by more than three decades of experience. She is president of Turenlaces del Caribe, S.R.L., a company specializing in the professional organization of congresses, conventions, and events, a position she has held since 2002 after serving as its vice president for ten years. Her academic and professional training is extensive, with international certifications such as Certified Meeting Management (CMM), Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), Certified Meeting Specialist (CMS), Certified Conference Management (CCM), Certified Association Sales Executive (CASE), and Digital Event Strategist (DES). She also holds postgraduate studies in management, tourism marketing, destination management, and event planning from renowned institutions such as the University of Barcelona, APEC University, Barna Business School, and Nebrija University.
In the association arena, Elizabeth has held leadership positions in key organizations, including the presidency and general secretary of the Federation of Congress Organizers and Related Events of Latin America (COCAL), the presidency of the Advisory Committee on Meetings Tourism of the Dominican Association of Incoming Tourism Operators (OPETUR), and the vice presidency of the Barahona Tourism and Productive Cluster. She is also an active member of international boards and committees such as the PCMA Latin American Advisory Board, the Events Industry Council, and national commissions related to the quality and professionalization of tourism.
